6. AI-Generated Content

FCC uses artificial intelligence to generate nutritional estimates, health digests, and correlations. These AI outputs are estimates and should not be treated as medical or nutritional facts. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You should verify any important nutritional or health information independently.

7. Third-Party Integrations

FCC integrates with third-party services including Garmin Connect, Apple Health, and Google Health Connect. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of data provided by third-party services.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share your account with others or create accounts for others without authorization
Attempt to access other users' data
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the service

9. Data Ownership

10. Service Availability
